Another week, another NPQ conference! Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome our NPQ Senior Leadership participants to their first conference. It was fantastic to meet everyone in person where they spent the day learning, sharing ideas, and building connections. The day focused on several key areas, including: - Understanding and overcoming imposter syndrome - Managing and leading effectively - Assessment and data strategy It was great to see so much engagement and participation throughout the day. Participants took part in some really valuable discussions, shared their experiences, and learned from each other. The chance to network, exchange ideas, and make new connections was a big highlight.
